I am reading a book called Maximum Ride by James Patterson. I am at the part where Max and "her gang" saved Angel. This is only the middle of the book and I am very anxious to find out what happens next. I feel a such a great conflict is going to commence. A new character is going to be introduced and the story has another rising action.
Max, the character of which that is talked about the most, is a very dynamic character. She changes throughout the story by a lot, but I bet she will change more throughout the story. I want to first finish the book before giving details of how she is a dynamic character.
This is a great book for people who love a lot of adventure and I recommend this to you.

I am reading the book, Maximum Ride by James Patterson. The main character in the book is Max, right now her character is the same and hasn't really changed personalities. She is like the "leader" of her "gang". I am in the part of the book where Angel has been captured by the Gasmans. We have really got into depth about learning about Angel because she has been captured and the author has been putting it into Angel's point of view.
Angel, like all of them, has a special power, she can read minds. She uses this ability to see what is going on and help her out to know what to do when at certain times. I think this is great because this will help her escape more easily. I believe that Angel will escape before her "family" comes and rescues her. I am very excited to know what happens next in the story.

I am reading a book called Maximum Ride by James Patterson. I haven't been very far into the book, but I do know Max is the main character, and she has 8 other "siblings". They are family even thought they are not blood related. In the book, Angle, Max's sister, has been captured by the Gasman and from there they set on a quest to find Angel and get her back.
I haven't gotten far into the book to say what the theme of the book is, but the central idea, that I think, will be about how they set on a quest to go and find Angel. I think the main character of the book, Max, will hopefully fall in love with one of the people she lives with or someone that she meets. I predict that in the book Angel will be found by Max and she will help defeat the evil that took Angel away.

Life Is Fine by Langston Hughes
I went down to the river,
I set down on the bank.
I tried to think but couldn't,
So I jumped in and sank.
I came up once and hollered!
I came up twice and cried!
If that water hadn't a-been so cold
I might've sunk and died.
But it was Cold in that water! It was cold!
I took the elevator
Sixteen floors above the ground.
I thought about my baby
And thought I would jump down.
I stood there and I hollered!
I stood there and I cried!
If it hadn't a-been so high
I might've jumped and died.
But it was High up there! It was high!
So since I'm still here livin',
I guess I will live on.
I could've died for love--
But for livin' I was born
Though you may hear me holler,
And you may see me cry--
I'll be dogged, sweet baby,
If you gonna see me die.
Life is fine! Fine as wine! Life is fine!
I set down on the bank.
I tried to think but couldn't,
So I jumped in and sank.
I came up once and hollered!
I came up twice and cried!
If that water hadn't a-been so cold

For my second blog post, I did a poem. This poem is called Life is Fine by Langston Hughes. This poem is about living life to your fullest. The poem states how you could have died but you didn't die so you are fine.
In the poem it states, " I might've sunk and died", but the author didn't. The author is trying to prove that you need to live life your fullest if you really want to live. You need to take some risks once in a while. "YOLO" - You Only Live Once- is a great slang term to help get a better understanding of the poem.
The author has advanced from over the theme. He starts out saying how he could have died of doing such risky things, but he realizes that he doesn't die. You have to live life to your fullest is what he is trying to get out in his poem.
